Offering Virtual Therapy

Seeing Results

Therapy results vary depending on the person, goals, and the extent of the issues you bring to counselling. Some folks attend therapy weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and as-needed.
Cancellation Policy

I require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Less than 24 hours notice will be full charge of the appointment.
