Get to know me!
Ever since I was a child, I absolutely adored animals -especially horses. Not only did I provide equine-assisted therapy but I also ride horses during my leisure time. If I'm not riding or caring for horses, you might find me crafting, baking or being outside.
I find being in nature can be so therapeutic- I wanted my website to reflect this passion. I was the first in my family to pursue post-secondary education, which has its own set of pressures. Initially, I aimed to become a criminal attorney to support those in need. My passion for justice shifted when I realized that I wanted to actively make a difference—helping people navigate systems, make tough choices, and discovering their strengths. After earning my bachelor's degree, I knew social work was the right path for me.
Combining insights from criminology and social work, along with my lived experiences, I approach my work with a unique perspective. I'm proud of what I've accomplished and my practice reflects my strengths; whether it's conducting research and structured plans or embracing my creative side with innovative and metaphor-driven thinking, I strive to make a meaningful impact.

I value an eclectic approach to therapy. While I hold trainings and certifications in various methods, I believe that no single therapy fits everyone. By drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices, I aim to offer a personalized experience for each client. Finding the right therapist can be overwhelming -especially when many of us share similar credentials. Ultimately, what matters most is the comfort and trust you feel with your therapist. A safe space begins with a safe person.
