Sharp Minds Therapy maintains a no-refund policy; all sales are final. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services and appointments.
Cancellation
At Sharp Minds Therapy, appointments must be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will lead to a full appointment charge, and rescheduling will not be accommodated.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection and devices are functioning correctly prior to their virtual sessions. If they are unable to connect, the full service fee will still be charged.
Therapy is not a "one-size-fits-all" highlights the fact that mental health conditions and individual needs vary significantly, requiring tailored treatment approaches rather than a standardized method.
Therapy is a
subjective experience.
What works for one person may not work for another. Therapy can be a challenging process, and clients may experience discomfort or negative emotions during treatment
